Remove SyncMail data
This page explains the separate places where SyncMail-related information can exist. These steps do not require sending your mailbox password to Support.
Remove an account from one device
- Open SyncMail Settings.
- Select the email account.
- Choose Remove account and confirm.
This clears that account's saved credentials and offline mail copies from the device. Mail on the provider's server remains available to other mail apps and webmail.
Remove provider-held mail and SyncMail records
Delete messages and drafts through SyncMail or your provider's webmail, then empty the provider's Trash if you want them removed under the provider's normal deletion policy. Encrypted SyncMail settings records stored in the mailbox require the in-app removal tool planned for the public release. Support can identify the relevant folder without asking for your password.
Delete your SyncMail license account
- Open SyncMail Settings.
- Select SyncMail license account.
- Enter the email used for purchase verification and request a code.
- Enter the emailed code, review the consequences, and confirm deletion.
This removes the SyncMail license, its protected purchase link, device activations, and pending verification records. The confirming device clears its saved access. Other activated Windows and Android copies stop renewing, but can retain temporary offline access until their saved license expires, currently no more than 30 days. It does not delete mail held by your email provider or the purchase record held by Google.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@fullscopepos.com from the address used for SyncMail purchase verification. Use the subject “SyncMail license account deletion.” Do not include your mailbox password or purchase token. Support will verify the request and remove the eligible SyncMail license-service records.
Remove all local app data
After removing accounts, uninstall SyncMail to ask Windows or Android to remove the remaining application data. Operating-system backups can follow separate retention rules controlled by the device owner or platform provider.
